To make a proper SleepCycle you have to sleep on a Daily Fixed time & wake up at the daily fixed time so, that you can make a Proper sleep cycle you should take sleep of 6-8hrs of sleep. Rule No 1. Sleeping Time: Sleeping Time must be 7hrs
1st Hour of Day: You
Make sure to avoid all distractions from the devices like social media etc.

Fill your stomach only 75% of the way up
When your stomach is full, Oxygen in your brain reduces & goes to your stomach to digest the food you consumed, and you fall asleep

Make a proper study table and chair, use proper light, and don’t do studies in the bed mainly in winter Seasons.

The human brain only retains up to 10% of the whole reading you did, whenever you Finish your reading or whatever, make sure to write it all down in one book so you can have it with you next time.
